I've been running this for several years and it's been pretty solid. The automations work well after you configure correctly.
SystemAdmin: Absolutely agree — I had the same issue and got it working by updating the driver. Took me longer than expected that configuration option.

Quick note: Zigbee routing no longer works in the latest update. Use the new integration method instead.
